Excelent, warmly recommend to stay there
Hotel is really nice and clean. Recent facility properly maintain. Very conveniently located at triple station. Real thanks to the Guest relation manager Mme Handbag if I recall properly. Room was clean and not to forget, the room service is excellent, food is really good and p[rice is very decent.

Difficult and frustrating.
Hotel located close to the Suvarnabhumi airport, spacious room.
Extremely irritatingly the hotel wanted a 2000 Bhat deposit for some reason, I did not have cash, they insisted on a credit card. I have stayed there before and I am known to them, I was only there for 9 hours and cannot understand why they needed this deposit! In the morning on check out and in a hurry to get to the airport they have to ring the bank to cancel the 2000 Bhat deducted from my card. They expect you to wait there until they can get through to the bank, after 20 minutes I lost patience and left. Now I have to try and have the 2000 Bhat refunded to my card, so take cash for the deposit. What a lot of hassle for not good reason.

Excellent people and warm staffs
Excellent location for the property where airport train nearby as well yellow metro station is across from the hotel.
Their food more Thai and less international food. Plus their needs to be kept warm not cold.
